I am a recently widowed, reitred RN who has Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I started creative writing to relieve the stress of caring for my husband who had Alzhiemer's and Parkinson's who I kept at home until his death. I also started painting pictures. I use alternative therapies such as Healing Touch to relieve the symptoms of Fibro.
